Please know that here at Jonei we are taking every measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As we are a small scale, flexible brand we are fortunately able to adapt quickly and effectively. At present we are making everything out of our home in Melbourne. We are using found-fabric that we have been gathering for a while. However, as we can no longer go to scavenge we will be resorting to online sourcing. If you have fabric, tablecloths, curtains or old quilts you have been wanting to get rid of please send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will pay you for the items as well as provide shipping. We all have to get pretty creative at this time!
We will be using AusPost for all of our shipping needs and so we will be following their updates and outlining them here on this page.
Australia Post is reporting that they are fully operating. However, there are service delays to a number of countries, you can see the full list here. Some countries mentioned are Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. You will still receive your orders, however with a slight delay.
